Buying a new vehicle does not need to be an unpleasant experience and CDJR Walla Walla proved to be very reputable and a joy to work with. I negotiated my deal online. Most unpleasant auto sales experience in my 49 years and
Most unpleasant auto sales experience in my 49 years and at least 10 autos purchased between work and pleasure . Worked with online salesman wiry an appointment due to not being local . Was passed off immedialry upon arrival . Was told no negotianw due to current market . They added a vin number fee in contract without discussing , price was not same as nets was told must spend 35k, the entire process was misguided, I never new what was happening , it took 3 hours and I didn’t even finance wirh them , I found a credit union locally with a 2.9 rate vs 7.5 with my 849 credit score . Had so not driven out of town and needed a world auto now , I would have walked out forever. The only person who seemed credible was “Amanda” , who rewrote my contract to take of the vin fee , no one mentioned . Will not return , very unprofessional service and has me angry for days .

BDC rep was pleasant and punctual. Followed thru on promises. Unimpressed with Sales Mgr, Chris Price via phone. Would not accept our trade in (2011 Chevy 2500HD) and told my spouse to go to her own dealer in MN. We are out of state. Price was $3k different than web advertised. We asked about rebates and was abruptly told "there are none" without looki g at eligible programs. Lastly, was told that most ppl fly in from CA and just pay cash. Sell trade on your own. We were willing to make the 1800 mile drive to do a deal, loved the truck, but too far to go to potentially get this type of experience in-person, as well. 3 strikes. You're out.
