ABOUT OUR WARRANTY

Our New & Pre-Owned Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty begins on the vehicle purchase date and from the mileage on the odometer at the time of sale. This WARRANTY shall end when you no longer own the vehicle.

10 YRS ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Our Lifetime Warranty comes with 10 FUL YEARS of 24-hours a day and 7 Days a Week Round-The-Clock Assistance. Roadside Assistance benefits pay up to $80 per occurrence for covered roadside assistance.

  • Towing – When required as a result of a mechanical failure. The vehicle will be towed back to the selling dealership if within 50 miles.
  • Flat Tire Change – Service provided to remove the flat tire and replace it with your spare tire.
  • Battery Service – A “jump-start” will be applied in an attempt to start the covered vehicle.
  • Lock-out Assistance – If your keys are accidentally locked in the covered vehicle we will provide assistance to gain entry.
  • Fuel, Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery – If an emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid, or water is required we will arrange for delivery. You will be responsible for the actual cost of fluid when they are delivered.

CARFAX® VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT

When buying a used car, one of the first questions you might ask yourself is, “Are there any problems with the car?” CARFAX® vehicle history reports include information on accidents, odometer rollback, lemon vehicles, flood damage, branded titles and much more.

REPORTING A MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN

  1. Take immediate action to prevent further damage to the vehicle.
  2. Return the vehicle to us before the warranty term expires. If you are more than 50 miles from us, you may take the vehicle to the nearest available licenses repair facility. Call or have the repair facility call the administrator at 1-877-793-7123 to obtain prior authorization for repairs. Provide a copy of this warranty or the warranty number, if possible.
  3. You will be required to authorize disassembly of the vehicle if disassembly is necessary to diagnose the cause and cost of the reported mechanical breakdown. You will be responsible for any disassembly charges if the associated repairs are not covered repairs.
  4. If requested, provide us or the authorized repair facility with copies of the vehicle’s maintenance records.
  5. All repairs must be authorized by the Administrator prior to beginning any repairs covered by this Warranty.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You have the responsibility to properly maintain the vehicle as recommended by the manufacturer, to reasonably protect the vehicle from further damage when one or more parts fail, to maintain records of routine vehicle maintenance performed by you or others, to follow procedures for reporting a claim for benefits as described in this warranty, and to cooperate fully with our reasonable requests to examine vehicle maintenance records, inspect the vehicle, or establish ownership of the vehicle in the event you report a claim for benefits. Maintenance records generally include a detailed log of maintenance you perform and receipts for purchases you of services provided by others and parts and supplies used by you or others in performing maintenance services. You must obtain preauthorization for any repairs made to the vehicle by a repair facility other than ours.

  • We know when to perform the right services at the right time, keeping your warranty valid.

Eligibility Rules: New (untitled) vehicles with less than 5,000 miles on the odometer at the time of sale. Pre-Owned Vehicles Current +8 Years Old Or Newer with 90,000 Miles or Less on the odometer at the time of sale. The warranty begins on the vehicle purchase date and ends when the customer no longer owns the vehicle. Certain makes and models do not qualify to see store for details.
